The Council of State Representatives (COSR) are an integral part of UVSA Midwest. Not only are they the bridge between the organizations within their states and UVSA Midwest, they also serve as the driving force behind the growth and development of the community on a state and regional level. State Representatives ensure that the voices of each state is heard equally as the Midwest progresses.
