We are excited and plan to continue to work with our Civic Engagement Partners in updating resources, reminding on deadlines notifying opportunities for folks in our space to join and prosper

What are some important dates I should keep in mind for this year’s elections?
APIAVote has compiled registration deadlines, election dates, early voting periods, and more important information on their website. Visit apiavote.org/how-to-vote/in-your-state to find information tailored to your state.

Why should I check my voter registration?
Even if you’ve voted before, election offices sometimes purge their voter registration lists (deleting people who have moved or who haven’t voted in a long time), and sometimes there may be errors in your registration. This is especially true if you’re a student and you’ve moved frequently. Depending on where you live, you’ll need to update your registration or re-register if you recently changed addresses.

Visit amplifyaa.org/vote to check your voter registration.

Here’s what to look for when checking your voter registration:

  • Name

  • Address

  • Party affiliation, if any

How do I register to vote?
Registering to vote takes an average of two minutes or less to complete. Visit amplifyaa.org/vote to register or to find information on how to do so.
