Cung Đàn Vỡ Đôi” by Chi Pu is a love story told by a cải lương (reformed theater) actor. Thu chose this song because of the theme, “Memories of Home: Ký Ức Quê Nhà”. When she was little, she used to watch Cải Lương with her grandma all the time when she would take care of her. That’s who and how she learned Vietnamese. Now that her grandma is older and back in Vietnam, she misses and savors those memories she shared with her.
