Donorship Project

UVSA-Midwest (UVSA-MW) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit, non-partisan, community-based organization founded in 2007 as a means for Vietnamese youth organizations from across the Midwest to network with one another, share common resources, and collaborate on philanthropy projects. 

To that end, UVSA-MW proudly announces the establishment of our Alumni Monthly Donorship Plan. The purpose of our plan is to collect monetary donations from alumni as a fundraising effort for programming and philanthropy.

Mentorship Project

In collaboration with the Vietnamese Interacting as One (VIA-1) Conference Alumni Programming Committee, the Anh Chi Em (ACE) Mentorship Program's goal is to foster a relationship between alumni and attendees.

This year is a pilot program that we are hoping to incorporate every year if successful.

The purpose of including both components: "ACE" and "mentorship" in the program is to have both aspects. We hope this program can be similar to ACE where the mentor can be supportive and help the mentee through their life academically, socially, etc. We also believe it is important to include mentorship in the program to make sure that the mentor not only helps with personal development but also with their career goals for the future.
